Please read the full Terms & Conditions carefully before using this platform — this is a legal agreement between you and 33bit.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms & Conditions:

  • "Platform" — The 33bit website (https://33bit.lat) and all associated services.
  • "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered an account on 33bit and is using the platform's services.
  • "Services" — Sports betting, casino games, slots, and all other gaming activities available through the platform.
  • "Account" — A user's personal profile and funds on the 33bit platform.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional reward, free bet, or additional funds granted by 33bit.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The amount of bets that must be placed on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services on the 33bit platform, you are fully agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 33bit.

Important: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

33bit's services are available only to those who:

  • Are at least 21 years of age.
  • Are legally eligible to participate in online gaming in their country.
  • Are using their own personal information and payment methods.
  • Are not subject to any self-exclusion or restriction.

Accounts of minors or ineligible persons will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited. 33bit may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Financial Rules

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

33bit supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Before approving a withdrawal request, 33bit reserves the right to complete identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Withdrawals may not be available through a method other than the one used for the deposit.

Deposited funds must be managed from your own account only. Payments made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited, and any such transaction detected may result in account suspension.

Please note: If an active bonus has not met its wagering requirements, a withdrawal request may be declined.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

33bit offers various bonuses and promotional offers. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted the associated terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

  • 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Wagering requirement: You must place bets 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not the deposit.
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Not all bet types are available with bonus funds — certain games or betting markets may be excluded from bonus wagering. 33bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Gaming & Code of Conduct

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 33bit platform:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the correct result will stand and 33bit reserves the right to adjust accounts accordingly.
  • If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of any game in progress will be determined by the server log.
  • Maximum bet limits may apply to specific matches or events in sports betting.
  • For multi-bets, the full payout will only be awarded if all selections are correct.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Abusing bonus terms or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
  • Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
  • Any attempt to launder money or process illegal funds.
  • Stealing account credentials from other members or attempting to hack accounts.
  • Attempting to interfere with the game management system.
  • Operating multiple accounts or transferring an account to another person.
  • Exploiting any platform error or bug — if you discover such an error, it is your responsibility to report it to support.
  • Operating an account under a false identity or placing bets on behalf of a minor.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

33bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Failure to submit identity verification documents in a timely manner.
  • At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure, legitimate funds (excluding bonuses, and only where wagering requirements have been met) will be returned after the investigation is complete. Users may also contact support at any time to request account closure.

  • Insecure management of a user's own account credentials.
  • Service failures by approved third-party game providers.

In the event of a technical error, 33bit will take reasonable steps and notify the affected user. However, no liability will be accepted for any indirect losses.

33bit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes:

Existing Bets: The previous terms and conditions will apply to bets placed before any changes to the terms and conditions.
